RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night on double occupancy.

• Room rates are inclusive of 12% resort fee

• All guests are required to register and present a valid identification card upon check-in.

• Children 11 years old and below stay for free using existing bedding.

• Extra Person fee is Php1,000.00 including extra bed and amenities

CHILD POLICY

• Children 6 years old and below are Free-of-Charge as long as sharing room with adults and no extra bed is required; meals are also Free-of-Charge

• Children 11 years old and below are Free-of-Charge as long as sharing room with adults and no extra bed is required; meals are on personal account and shall be charged 50% off the buffet rate; transfers shall be charged 50% off the adult transfers rate

EARLY CHECK IN FEE

• This is to inform everyone that below percentage from the booked rates should be applied charge the guest who would like to check-in earlier than 1400H.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

• No Show Policy:

  • Guests who do not arrive within twenty-four (24) hours of the expected check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation made less than fifteen (15) days prior to expected arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total amount of the reservation.

  • Cancellation made fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to expected arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total amount of the reservation.

• Modification Policy:

  • Amendments on check-in and checkout dates can be made up to fifteen (15) days before expected arrival date; subject to availability and rate difference, if applicable

  GUARANTEE POLICIES

  • Reservation made less than fifteen (15) days before expected arrival date requires the total amount of the reservation to be settled within 24 Hours.

  • Reservation made fifteen (15) days to thirty (30) days before expected arrival date requires 50% of the total amount of the reservation to be settled on the given option date. Remaining 50% must be settled fifteen (15) days before arrival.

  • 20% of total package rate/s is nonrefundable, upon booking. Shortened stay deemed remaining nights non-refundable.
